Daniel Archer is an Australian fashion photographer based in London, working internationally across editorial and commercial projects. Raised on the outskirts of Melbourne, he studied photography at RMIT before assisting established fashion photographers. Drawing on painting and cinema, Archer has developed a cinematic, painterly visual language that explores beauty, distortion and emotional ambiguity. His clients include Dior, Prada, Hermès, AMI, Zara, Chaumet, Maison Margiela, Brunello Cucinelli and Erdem, while his editorial work has appeared in V Magazine, Luncheon, D Repubblica, Replica Man and Carcy. Rooted in both observation and imagination, his photographs often feel intimate and otherworldly.
